Your domain name is registered in your name. Hosting, administration and third-party service accounts are created with your details; we document the access credentials and hand them over to you. The source code of the website or application belongs to you: it is stored in a repository whose keys you hold. If you ever decide to change provider, you leave with everything. This rule applies to every project, from a simple showcase website to a platform with user accounts, and it is restated in every proposal.

In Morocco, your customers most often discover you on a phone, sometimes on a mediocre connection. So we design every screen for mobile first: readable text, accessible call and WhatsApp buttons, lightweight images. The desktop version follows from this base, not the other way round.

Before writing a single line of code, we approve with you the site structure, the mockups of the main pages and the key journeys: requesting a quote, ordering, booking an appointment. You see what you are going to get, you correct early, and development moves forward without costly backtracking.

We build with widely used technologies, without imposing a proprietary subscription. Every project is delivered with its code, its access credentials and short documentation. Your team, or another provider, can take over the website without starting from scratch. This is also what makes maintenance simpler and more predictable.

Web & applications
Showcase website, web application or platform: which one do I need?
It depends on what your customers need to be able to do. If they need to find you, call you and understand your offer, a showcase website is enough. If they need to order, book or access a personal area, you need application features. A platform connects several types of users, like KhdemliDaba. We study your needs during the first conversation and propose the simplest format that meets the goal.
Will I be able to edit the texts and photos myself?
Yes. Every website is delivered with an administration area where your team can change texts, images, opening hours or products without technical skills. We train one or two people on your team and leave a short guide. For changes that affect the structure or the code, you contact us as part of the maintenance.
Will the website be available in Arabic?
If your customers need it, yes. We build bilingual or multilingual websites, with an Arabic version that reads from right to left, as for Louay Change. Each language has its own pages, adapted texts and tags for search engines. The number of languages is set in the quote, as it affects the writing and layout work.
What happens if the website goes down?
With a maintenance contract, we monitor the website's availability and intervene according to the coverage agreed in the quote. Scheduled backups allow a healthy version to be restored. Without a contract, we intervene on request, subject to our availability, and in any case you have your access credentials and your code so you can act.
Can you take over an existing website?
Often, yes. We start with a diagnosis: technology used, hosting, mobile speed, security and ease of editing. Depending on the result, we propose either targeted improvements or a redesign that keeps your content and your page addresses. You need to have access to the domain and the hosting, or we need to be able to recover it with you.
Is online payment possible for my shop?
Yes, through payment providers compatible with your activity and operating in Morocco. We integrate the chosen solution, test the order journey and document the settings. Opening the merchant account and the approval of your application remain between you and the provider. Louay Change, for example, has no online payment: this building block is only useful if your activity requires it.
