01 — Strategy & identity

A strategy and a brand that hold up across all your materials

We study your business before choosing the tools, then build a consistent identity, from social media to print.

Many Moroccan businesses open an Instagram page, order a logo, launch an advert, then wonder about the results. One step is often missing: understanding what the business sells, to whom, and against which competitors. Our strategy work starts there. We listen, we analyse your current presence and we set clear objectives before proposing any channel or tool.

Visual identity follows the same logic. A logo is only useful if it stays legible on a business card, a shopfront, a story and a website. We define your name, your positioning, your colours, your typography and your tone, then roll them out as ready-to-use templates. Every assignment is studied and quoted according to your scope.

Our conviction

A plan before the tools

A website, a Facebook page or a campaign are only tools. Used without a plan, they cost time and scatter your efforts. So we start with a diagnosis: where your digital presence stands, who your customers are, how your competitors present themselves. From this diagnosis come a positioning, realistic objectives and a selection of channels suited to your activity and your means. The resulting plan then guides everything else: identity, website, content, advertising. You know why each action is taken and how it will be reviewed.

  • An honest diagnosis of your current presence, without jargon
  • Objectives set with you, measurable according to your activity
  • Channels chosen for your business, not a standard list
  • An action calendar your team can actually follow
  • A regular review of results to adjust the plan

What we do

A

Understanding your business before acting

We start by looking at what exists and by listening to what you sell, to whom and in which local context. This foundation avoids building on assumptions.

  • Audit of your digital presence: website, profiles, listings, directories and actual visibility
  • Analysis of your business, your audience and your direct competitors
  • Positioning and value proposition: what sets you apart, said simply
  • Objectives defined with you: being found, receiving enquiries, selling, building loyalty

What you receive

  • Annotated digital presence audit report
  • Summary of the market, audience and competitor analysis
  • Positioning and value proposition document
  • Prioritised list of objectives, validated together

Good to know : The depth of the audit and the number of competitors analysed are set in the quote.

A

Choosing the channels and planning the actions

Once the diagnosis is made, we build a realistic plan: the right channels, a sustainable calendar and review points.

  • Selection of the channels relevant to your activity and your customers, without scattering
  • Structured marketing plan: messages, channels, actions and responsibilities
  • Launch plan for a new brand, product or service
  • Clear action calendar, adapted to your team's pace
  • Ongoing support and review of results to adjust the plan

What you receive

  • Written marketing plan, with chosen channels and key messages
  • Detailed launch plan when the project calls for it
  • Action calendar shared with your team
  • Periodic review points and written recommendations

Good to know : The frequency of reviews and the duration of support are specified in each proposal.

D

Building a recognisable brand

Name, logo, colours, typography and tone form a whole. We design them to work everywhere, from a neighbourhood shop sign to a multilingual website.

  • Naming: a name that is easy to say and remember, in French as well as in Arabic
  • Brand positioning: what you promise and who you are speaking to
  • Logo legible at large and small sizes, in colour as well as in black and white
  • Complete visual identity, consistent on screen and on paper
  • Colours and typography chosen to last, not to follow a trend
  • Brand guidelines that set the rules of use for you and your suppliers
  • Defined tone of voice: how your brand speaks to its customers

What you receive

  • Reasoned name proposals
  • Logo in primary and secondary versions, vector and web files
  • Colour palette and typography with exact codes
  • Brand guidelines in PDF
  • Tone of voice guide

Good to know : The number of creative directions and revision rounds is specified in the quote; legal registration of the name is a matter for specialised advice.

D

Rolling out the identity across all your materials

A brand is judged in use. We prepare the materials you use every day, ready to be filled in without breaking consistency.

  • Templates for social media: posts, stories, carousels, profile pictures and banners
  • Stationery and business cards aligned with the brand guidelines
  • Company presentations ready to customise
  • Sales materials: brochures, product sheets, quotes and customer documents
  • Design of printed and digital materials: posters, flyers, menus, email signatures

What you receive

  • Post and story templates, editable by your team
  • Print-ready files for the printer (cards, stationery, posters)
  • Company presentation template
  • Source files and web exports for each item

Good to know : The list of materials and the number of formats are set in the quote; printing is carried out by the printer of your choice.

How we work

  1. 01

    We listen first

Before any proposal, we take the time for a conversation about your activity: what you sell, your typical customers, your seasons, your constraints. We also look at how your competitors present themselves in Nador, Casablanca or elsewhere. This step sets the framework and avoids generic recommendations.

  2. 02

    We prioritise

A business does not need to be everywhere. We keep the channels and actions that matter to your audience, and rank them by effort and expected effect. The plan stays short, readable and achievable with your current means. Whatever is left out is explained, so that you understand each choice.

  3. 03

    We design for use

Every element of the identity is tested on real cases: the shop sign, the story, the business card, the website. A logo that does not work at small sizes or in black and white is reworked. We deliver files that your team and your suppliers can use without depending on us.

  4. 04

    We review the results

A plan is not set in stone. According to the coverage agreed in the quote, we take stock of what has been done, what worked and what needs to change. The recommendations are written and concrete, so that you decide on the next steps with full knowledge.

Concrete examples

  • A neighbourhood pastry shop that wants a name, a logo and story templates before opening a second location.
  • A bureau de change that wants to clarify its positioning and choose between a website, a Google listing and social media.
  • An agri-food SME launching a new range that needs a launch plan and consistent sales materials.
  • An architecture firm whose identity is dated and that wants guidelines applicable to its website, presentations and plans.
  • An event planner who wants an identity that reads well in French, in Arabic and internationally.
  • A furniture retailer that wants a quarterly action calendar instead of improvised posts.

Frequently asked questions

Strategy & identity

Do we need a strategy if we only want a logo?

No, a logo on its own can be studied and quoted. We do, however, ask a few questions about your activity, your customers and your materials before drawing, because a logo must serve a specific use. If a broader need emerges during the conversation, we point it out and you decide on the next steps.

What does the digital presence audit include?

We review what exists: website, social profiles, Google Business Profile listing, directories, mentions, consistency of information and visuals. We compare with a few direct competitors. You receive an annotated report that distinguishes what works, what is missing and what is harmful. The exact scope is set in the quote.

Can you work with an existing name or logo?

Yes. Many businesses have a name that is known locally and do not wish to change it. In that case we keep what has value, correct what causes problems in use and build the guidelines and materials around that foundation. A complete redesign is only proposed when it is justified.

How is the identity adapted to Arabic?

We design logos and templates for both writing directions from the outset: French and Arabic versions of the logo if necessary, compatible typefaces, mirrored layouts for the materials. The tone of voice is defined for both languages, with cultural adaptation rather than word-for-word translation.

Which files do we receive at the end?

The source files and the usable exports: logo in vector and web formats, brand guidelines in PDF, editable social media templates, print-ready files for the printer, presentation templates. You own them and can pass them on to any supplier. The exact list is included in each proposal.

What happens after the plan is delivered?

You can implement it with your team or entrust us with all or part of the actions: website, social media, advertising, content. In both cases, we offer review points according to the coverage agreed in the quote, to check that the plan remains suitable and adjust it if your activity evolves.
