Privacy policy
Data collected
We collect only what you enter in the quote form: your identity, your contact details, the description of your project and, if you wish, attachments. No field is designed to gather information unrelated to your request.
Simply browsing the website requires neither registration nor the creation of an account.
Purpose
This data serves one purpose only: to understand your needs, reply to you and prepare a proposal suited to your business. We do not use it for unsolicited prospecting, nor do we pass it on or sell it to third parties.
Retention
Your information is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and the exchanges that follow from it. Once the request is closed, it is archived for a limited period and then deleted. It is not kept without reason beyond what is useful for following up your project.
Recipients and hosting
Only the BayenDaba team that handles quote requests has access to your data. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; the hosting provider ensures the technical operation of the website without making use of the content of your requests.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or its deletion. To do so, write to us via the website's quote form, stating the subject of your request. We reply within a reasonable time.
Cookies
The website uses only two technical cookies: one remembers your language preference (French, Arabic, English or Spanish), the other keeps the session of the administration area reserved for our team.
No advertising tracker or commercial tracking cookie is placed during your visit.
Attachments
The files you attach to your request (logo, specifications, visuals, presentation documents) are used solely to understand and quote your project. They follow the same retention rules as the rest of your request. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to assess your needs.
Updates
This policy may change if the website or our practices change, for example when a new online service is added. The version published on this page is the one that applies; we invite you to review it with each new request.
